What Is Project Payday About? – A Scam? Monika St. John Real?

Posted on

Name: Project Payday

Website: www.projectpayday.com

Owner: Unknown

Price: 7 days trail membership of $4.95 and than $49.95 per month

Overall: 2 Stars (2 / 5)

Date when it started: 2006

Verdict: Pyramid Scheme

Before explaining the details of the Project Payday, let me get into the people that owns and runs this company.

Who are the people that own and run this program on their website?

There is almost no information provided by the company. Monika St. John is listed as the CEO of Project Payday. However, I’m very sure that Monika St. John is a real person after I Googled his name. When you check the principle people behind Project Payday this person is not listed. Steve Little is the person that signs as the principle person behind this money making opportunity.

Here is more information on the details.

Another group listed as a principle for this company is the HOOKING FAMILY, LLC.

Here is a screenshot of some of the other “schemes” that the company is involved in.

This are all facts/evidence I found online. The owner of Project Payday is still unknown and The HOOKING FAMILY, LLC has been involved in other fraudulent companies. So I don’t think it would be wise to get involved with a company with such a record and unknown information of the owner identity.

So, what is the Project Payday about?

This is a picture from one of their affiliate that is promoting their company.

It’s an online “business opportunity” that claims it will help you to make up to $500 – $1000 or more per week with not much effort.

Note on how they advertise it: “Get started right now, with no out of pocket cost to you” That’s already a lie, because it’s compulsory to pay the $4.95 for the 7 days trail membership. They said it on their website.

And the earn “$25-$50 Per Hour”. Does the earn “$25-$50 per hour” already sounds like a “get rich quick” system? It’s contradicting on what the website says that is not.

So, how can you earn from Project Payday

  1. You can either fill out Cost Per Action (CPA) offers or 2. Refer other people to Project Payday and get them to do the same with their affiliate program.

So what are the CPA offers that you have to do?

If you don’t know what a CPA offer is, it’s when a company pays you money to find leads for their business. You have to usually has to fill out an online form, which basically goes back to the company who has sponsored the CPA offer. However, there are some CPA offers that requires you give your credit card details and other personal information before they pay you. On top of that, some CPA offers require a purchase.  This is what I found on their website.

Comment I found on a guy that did the CPA offer in Project Payday.

What about the referral program at the Project Payday?

You can start by earning a minimum of $1.50 per lead you get. A lead is generated when a visitor enters their name and email address on our homepage. They monitor your leads closely, and based on the quality and/or volume of your referrals you may be eligible for a higher payout of up to $3 per lead or more.

So what you are basically doing is you’re just promoting the CPA offer to people and hoping they will do it. If you don’t provide leads that buy into their CPA offer, they won’t pay you.

Finale verdict: Project Payday is a Pyramid Scheme. There are no products to sell in the company. The only way to make money is by recruiting others and hoping they would do the exact same thing as you.

The truth about making money online?

I think you can see a pattern by now. Many conventional internet marketers and online entrepreneurs will say this, “making money online is quick and easy” “making money online doesn’t require much effort” “I promise you that if you follow my system you will make money”. All these sweet phrases that will only pollute your mind, making your reality to a mere illusion.

Time for a reality check! Here is a phrase that will always be valid, “Nothing worth having comes easy”

This site has been floating about for quite some time now and it always seemed to end up on the same sort of conclusions. Money can be earned with Project Payday, but the work is tedious, time eating and a little dodgy. You must also give out personal information which is also a bog no-no as far as I’m concerned. Not for me

It’s sad how people will take advantage of others just to make money. I have never heard of project payday but now I know to stay clear of it thanks to you. A company with no clear founders and sketchy policies is something to be suspicious of.
I couldn’t agree with you more that nothing good comes easy and that wealthy affiliate is the way to online business. No promises of overnight success or any other fairytale lies. At Wealthy affiliate you learn how to succeed by working hard and being patient.

Hi Samuel

Hope all is well

PPD is yet another proof that there sure are a lot of bad people out there and there’s no sheriff in town! It’s up to us all to expose these crooks and keep people safe Samuel. Thanks for sharing this … It’s yet another hole in the ground that we will all need to avoid. Thanks to your warnings Sam. Apeng.

Project Pay Day is really a time consuming as well as risky platform because sometime even you have to provide credit card information, even need to subscribe for monthly billing only to complete the task. So, doing tasks in Project Payday, actually we are wasting our time as well as risking by sharing our credit card information to other. So, better we stay out of this company. Very Good review. Thanks

That is incredible that these people can get away with such blatant lies!! I can’t believe they would say it is free and then turn right around and charge people 2 seconds later! And to lie about the owner – it just seems like that would be flat out illegal! Great charge comparing to Wealthy Affiliate. What a difference! Thanks for digging up such good research! That takes a lot of time. Very impressive!
